个人概述


      从事物流与供应链管理领域的研究,在该领域取得了国际前沿成果。近年来共完成学术论文40余篇,在国际重要学术刊物发表SCI/SSCI论文20余篇,主持国家自然科学基金3项。

代表作一Li Xiang, Li Yongjian, Cai Xiaoqiang, ``Service Channel Choice for the Supply Chain: Who is Better off by Undertaking the Service?”, Production and Operations Management , 25(3): 516-534, 2016

简介:论文突破以往渠道设计问题均针对“实物”产品供应链的限制,考虑了服务水平在供应链渠道销售中的重要作用并提出服务供应链渠道选择设计问题,即供应链中哪位成员来做产品服务更优、以及此选择对并行的实物产品供应链的影响问题。同时创新性地采用采用模型优化与实证归纳验证相结合的研究方法,得到了供应链成员均愿意由自己来控制服务渠道的新结果,凸显了服务作为供应链内除实体产品流动以外的核心增值活动的意义,对指导我国服务供应链管理决策具有重要的理论和实践价值。论文发表在运作管理国际顶级期刊《Production and Operations Management》上,该期刊属于UTD 24期刊。

代表作二:该论文研究了回收质量与再制造品需求供需双不确定逆向物流系统优化问题并得到此时回收与再制造计划的解析解,弥补了先前研究多采用仿真、启发式等算法的局限性。同时,创新性地将回收决策与其生产运作模式相结合,研究“按订单再制造”和“按库存再制造”两类不同生产系统下的新模型,并通过在不同模式系统下的对比,发现回收分类对两类系统具有不同的作用,得到回收品分类对“按订单再制造”总是有效、而对“按库存再制造”系统在某种情况下无效的创新性结果。论文发表在决策科学旗舰期刊《Decision Sciences》上。
